Victoria Leather Company ships throughout the USA and Canada. At this time, we do not offer shipping service outside those areas. Free shipping over $99 applies only to the continental US. Areas outside the continental US will pay standard shipping rates.

Return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. New and unused product purchased through victorialeathercompany.com can be returned for an exchange or credit within 45 days of purchase. A purchase receipt or packing slip must accompany the return to receive credit.

If you purchased a product at an authorized retailer, please return the product to the store of origin.

Clearance and discontinued merchandise purchases are final and cannot be returned.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Process
Pack the product in the original shipping carton and complete the return slip that came with your purchase. Include both the return slip and the receipt or packing slip inside the box. Call customer service at 215-256-4211 to get a return shipping label for your product. Have your order date and number ready. An authorization number will be assigned and a Fedex shipping label will be emailed to you. Print and attach the label to the box and return to your local FedEx store. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process dependent on transit time.

Note: damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Victoria Leather Company reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
